When you click a 'BUY NOW' button, you will be taken to the PayPal entry Page. You will see details of your purchase, and you will be given the opportunity to either log in (if you have a account) or enter your card and delivery details if you do not.

Once you have completed your PayPal transaction you will be notified that your transaction has been successful. 

NOTE# once you have completed your plans purchase you should NOT click your back button, or click away from the PayPal web page.

 

PayPal will automatically bring you back to this web site, to a confirmation page providing further information on the delivery of your full plans, or to a download page for downloading your study plan purchase.

PayPal will send you an email receipt with full details of your transaction. 

Paypal immediately notifies Mike Waller Yacht Design of a successful transaction, and provides us with your purchase and delivery details (but not your card details). 

If for any reason you fail to download or receive a purchased plan, or for any reason do not get redirected back to this site, please contact us ASAP at

and we will fix the problem for you as quickly as possible. If plans are being delivered by email, always check your spam folder. We have never failed to deliver a plan set. Please do not automatically put in a complaint to PayPal.
